How The Guardian helped me poach better eggs than my Mother.

I was really craving poached eggs last night, but was a tad nervous because I know it can be really easy to get them wrong. However, I found this little miracle on the internet, and I can now make perfect poached eggs.

Tuna and baby spinach leaf salad tossed in balsamic vinegar with crumpets and poached eggs
