Lorna Harrington has just finished a BTEC Extended Diploma in Fashion and Clothing and has excepted a place at UCA Epsom to study BA Hons Fashion.

'Royal Regalia' is based around stately homes and the Tudors. It was inspired by a trip Lorna took to Burghley House in Lincolnshire - in particular seeing a Victorian footman's uniform, which formed the basis of the collection.
"My harem pants and tail coated jacket were inspired by the shape of the footman's uniform. The jacket is made of purple velour with golden fabric trims, a tapestry style padded back panel and screen printed lining.
The tails are pin tucked velour with hand sewn pearls. The leaf motif featured on the tails and back of the jacket is an original design and made in to a stencil before printing and stitching. The tops have machined embroidered motifs of Elizabeth I and Henry VIII on the back teamed with either purple trousers or a purple skirt in matching fabrics. Both are lined and fasten via hook and eyes, frog loop buttons and poppers."
